This massage style aids your mental and emotional health, as it calms the mind and settles the nervous system. Relaxation massage provides a general loosen up, encourages blood flow throughout the body, and helps boost the immune system by stimulating the lymphatics.
Relaxation massage is great for people who’ve had a stressful week/month, as it allows the body to catch up and and recharge.

Sports massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. Soft tissue includes skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia (a form of connective tissue). Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.
Hot Stone Massage
Comforting & Deeply Relaxing
A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. Heat has long been used to ease muscle tension and pain. The stones are made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.
During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. Using massage oil a combination of strokes and techniques are used with the stones.
The heat helps increase blood flow to the affected area. It may also reduce muscle spasms and increase flexibility and range of motion.
Hot stone massage therapy helps melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness and promotes deep relaxation.
Promotes Harmony & Mental Wellbeing
Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing. The client remains clothed and lies on a couch and relaxes. The practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near the body. Reiki is a form of energy healing channelled through the practitioner to the recipient.
Reiki works on the physical, mental and emotional imbalances within the mind, body and soul and as such is of considerable benefit when you are not functioning at your optimum level.

Pregnancy massage is similar in many ways to a normal massage, the main difference being that massage techniques used in pregnancy are adapted to maintain the wellbeing of mother and baby. Techniques vary from relaxing Swedish massage techniques, acupressure, lymphatic drainage and stretches.
Pregnancy massage is undertaken lying on the side of the massage couch, supported by pillows in appropriate positions, to ensure mum and bump are comfortable.
Pregnancy massage can be a wonderful way to spend a bit of time investing in you, your changing body and bonding with your bump before you get to meet them.
Breath In & Feel Good
Aromatherapy massage is Swedish massage therapy using massage oil or lotion that contains essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils).
During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin. They promote beneficial changes in your mind and body by affecting the limbic system, a region of the brain known to be involved in emotion.
Each essential oil used in aromatherapy is said to have different properties. For example, some calm and make you feel relaxed while others energize.
